Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What if I have more than one box

If you have more than one box to return, you will need to initiate a separate return for each box to produce a prepaid shipping label for each package.

How will I be refunded for my return?

In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you were the recipient of a gift or would prefer your refund in the form of Dormify Store Credit, please visit our Gift Returns System where you may return your items for Dormify store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by our warehouse, you'll get your refund typically within 7 to 10 business days.

What items are returnable?

  • Most items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for an easy, hassle-free return, with the exception of some custom, made-to-order products that were created just for you. To confirm the return policy for a specific item, visit the item's product page and click the Return Policy icon under the Add to Cart button.
